We source seasonal ingredients for our menus to generate positive social and environmental impact while supporting the professional reintegration of the incarcerated and buying seasonally and locally.

From Faenza, with Bottega Vignoli, where ceramics tell stories through form and material, to Imola Arte, which created one of the most iconic plate on our menu engraved with the coat of arms and the motto of Modena – Avia Pervia
