TORTELLINI
The Modenese tortellini we serve are made by Tortellante, a pasta lab where young adults with autism make fresh pasta with experienced pasta makers ( rezdore) in the Modenese tradition. Every bowl of tortellini supports the project and strengthens our communities with human biodiversity.
VEGETABLES
For the past years we have collaborated with the agricultural project of the local Sant’Anna Prison. We source seasonal ingredients for our menus to generate positive social and environmental impact while supporting the professional reintegration of the incarcerated and buying seasonally and locally.

Every dish has its own story.
Often it begins in the hands of those who make it before it even reaches the kitchen.
From Faenza, with Bottega Vignoli, where ceramics tell stories through form and material, to Imola Arte, which created one of the most iconic plate on our menu engraved with the coat of arms and the motto of Modena – Avia Pervia
CUTLERY
The Mepra cutlery we use is also part of a dialogue.
We consciously chose a line with small imperfections, not destined for sale, giving them a second life and new value.
Gestures, materials, and memory come together with the cuisine, making every bite part of a larger story.
