Before making a reservation at our restaurant, we kindly ask you to read the following carefully:

– For groups larger than 6 people, please contact us directly by email: info@franceschetta58.it.

– Children are welcome in our restaurant; we kindly ask you to include them in the total number of guests when making a reservation and indicate in the notes if you will be needing a high chair or if you will be bringing a stroller.

– If there are any food allergies, intolerances, or restrictions among the guests, please indicate this in the reservation notes. We will make every effort to meet your needs, but we cannot guarantee the essence of accidental contamination, as the kitchen is a unique environment.

– The reservation will be considered confirmed only after receiving an email from our Cover Manager reservation system. Should you not receive it, please check your spam mail or contact us by email or phone.

– To guarantee your reservation, it is mandatory to confirm your reservation via the automatic reminder you will receive 48 hours before the reservation date.

– Reservations can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the booked date without penalty. In case of no-show or cancellation made less than 24 hours before the booked date, a penalty of 50 euros per person will be charged as per our policy.

– If you have a gift voucher, we kindly ask you to enter the code in the reservation notes

– Small/medium sized dogs are allowed on our restaurant; we kindly ask you to specify this in the reservation notes
